I was told that this siomay is good but I was disappointed when I try it, maybe because I was expecting more.
View on GoogleOne of my favorite places to enjoy siomay. I've been coming here with my family since I was a kid, and now I still frequently visit for lunch with friends. The location is very strategic, being in the heart of the city and near both my school and campus. The siomay tenggiri here is delicious, with the perfect level of chewiness and a savory flavor. They offer a variety of accompaniments such as eggs, tofu, cabbage, and bitter melon. You can also request to have your order fried. The peanut sauce is particularly tasty and stands out compared to other siomay places. This spot is always bustling, and they frequently restock to meet the demand. The staff are friendly, patient, and efficient.
View on GoogleEven the customers are crowded (mostly take way), but for me the taste is just standard, peanut sauce is lacking in taste, nothing special... Maybe my tongue already has a comparison of delicious siomay from Bandung (like Kingsley, Riri and even street stall). Special menu here is fried Siomay, the most ordered one...
View on GoogleIt's a fast and simple food, the atmosphere well it's not that bad and not that good. Mostly people are there just for the food. The shop is near the road so it's quite an oldschool place but the only thing that matters is the food
View on GoogleOne of the alternative warung siomay in Jogja, located in the busy Kotabaru area, stands out as a must-visit. This spot is part of a bustling culinary scene, with popular places like Kopi di Bawah Tangga and other eateries nearby. This place is always crowded with visitors, whether they're dining in or taking away. The staff is impressively efficient, from the payment process to cutting the siomay and handling the frying station. Their speed and organization ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is definitely worth checking out for anyone exploring the Kotabaru area or simply looking for a delicious siomay meal.
