A small foodstall that serve sulawesi food, i've never come to sulawesi so for the authenticity I can't tell you precisely about it. Despite their humble tent and limited seatings, it looked crowded almost every time. Food is excellent, i think their coto makassar is one of the best in yogyakarta. Lot of spices, rich and satisfying. Their es pisang ijo is a little bit too sweet for my liking, but i think it's just the style of the dish. Overall a very good place to eat, have a quick meal, but not for hangout.

If you want to get coto makassar in Yogyakarta, this is one of the top place to be. The place might look ordinary but it is always full of eaters - a testament to its good taste. The broth was seasoned nicely, thick and full of spices. The portion was not too big but if you add the "buras", it will be fulfilling. There were variety of side dishes, but my favorite was their lumpia. Should order es pisang ijo for next visit. Considering the taste, the price was quite reasonable. Service was great, even the mas² parkir.

A good place to have a Makassar-Bugis food in Yogyakarta. Overall, the coto, konro, burasa, ketupat, pisang ijo, etc was really good. I love their coto because it is a spice bomb compared to soto in Yogyakarta. You can also choose either you want innards, meat, or mix of them. They also serve bakwan with shrimp too. The place is small and it will be difficult to park car here.

La-Capila" Coto Makassar is a well-known establishment that specializes in serving the traditional dish of Coto Makassar. Nestled in a cozy setting, it aims to offer an authentic taste of this regional delicacy. During my recent visit to "La-Capila" Coto Makassar, I decided to try their signature dish, the coto makassar, along with the es pisang ijo, a refreshing green banana dessert. While I had high expectations, I found that the flavors did not quite resonate with my palate. The coto makassar, known for its rich broth and tender meat, didn't live up to the taste I remembered from my previous experiences in Makassar. Similarly, the es pisang ijo, although a personal favorite, seemed to lack the distinct flavors I was anticipating. While my personal preferences may not align with the offerings at "La-Capila," it's important to note that taste is subjective and can vary from person to person. The establishment's dedication to serving traditional Makassar cuisine is commendable, and it's possible that other visitors may find their dishes more to their liking. If you're curious about exploring Coto Makassar and other local delicacies, "La-Capila" could still be worth a try to experience the flavors of the region firsthand.

A classic whenever you want something refreshing in the middle of the afternoon! Their coto is piping hot and their buras is good! Their es pisang ijo, magnificent. I once got the not-so-ripe banana and they insist to get me a new one, despite already finishing the meal (bless their heart). It’s a must eat to here! 😈
