one of the recommended places to visit if you want to learn about history, especially the Islamic Mataram kingdom. this place witnessed the development of one of the largest kingdoms in Java, which is the third royal palace of the Mataram palace. this museum is located right above the former Pleret palace. this museum not only stores relics of the Islamic Mataram kingdom, but also relics of prehistoric times, the Hindu-Buddhist era found around Bantul. to enter here is free, no fees are charged, just fill in the guest book. there is even a friendly tour guide who accompanies and provides explanations

Free entry. Hundreds of ancient objects are stored in this museum which is located near the Pleret Bantul Market in Yogyakarta. One of the locations in the Pleret Antiquity Museum of History that attracts attention is the existence of a pink well where residents called Sumur Gumuling. It is said that if we use this well water, those who do not yet have a mate can quickly get a mate.

Quite good. It has priceless collection, yet it needs much support for infrastructure. The Govt should do many things for this museum.

Historical place, one of three Yogyakarta palace you have to know. Get it in your historical travel themes of Yogyakarta. It's open everyday, but better to come on weekdays (there will be the guide here). Still improving, but already change your point of view about Yogyakarta history.
