For Indonesian standard, this is worth visiting. We came on December 22, 2025 when the weather was very warm. Even though the wind was breezy, but still felt warm for a pine forest, compared to maybe Puncak Bogor area or Batu in Malang. Local tourist ticket costs Rp7000/person. They have 4 unique spots to take pictures. 2 have local photographers offering photo shoots using DSLR cameras. The digital copy of the photo costs Rp2000-3000 each. They will guide you for the most common poses and take several shots. But you don’t have to buy all. Just select the ones looking nice for you. Toilets are clean enough with abundant water. There are several washing basins near the entrance/exit. Musala (prayer cottage) is available, just needs to be cleaned regularly. Small cafés on higher grounds with breathtaking views to the city over the trees. The menus include coffees, fresh coconut water, noodles, banana fritters, and other local snacks.

When I saw this place on Pinterest, I always wondered where it was only to come across it by mere chance... such a beautiful and awe-inspiring place... you are in the hands of God

After Timang Beach (out in the scorching sun), I went to chill and relax at this forest. Indeed, it is relaxing to be surrounded by nature 😊 4/13/2026

Calm, serene, line of trees. Very affordable entry ticket Rp 7K/person. If you'd like to take a photo by "the hand", there is an extra Rp 2K fee per person. We were there on a weekday, afternoon. The sky was murky, and it started raining when we headed down.

Super scenic sunset 🌅, you can see far and wide with a glowing sun ☀️. The place is relatively large for visitors to be spread out and find benches to rest. Some spots can be a little rocky for children or elders. There are some simple food and drink 🥤 stalls too.
