A good place to dine in and take a break from long haul trip. The bird serving is generous. Price point suitable for their service and offering. All good will be served to you and it’s up to you to eat as many as you can. They charge meal that you ate which surprisingly cheap with quality of meal they serve. Parking can be an issue. they said this is the most popular restaurant in the area, so I went there to try. well, I can say it's not bad, but I expect more for its popularity. It's still nice, tho trying locals food.

It's a very famous restaurant if you want to go to Lake Toba. Most people would suggest it. Tried the quail and another bird( I forgot the name) . The quail is better, the other ( which is locally unique), too many small bones( maybe it's feathers?). But okay to try some local food though.

They are famous for their fried birds menu. The concept is similar to Padangnese restaurant where you will be served with many vegetables as the compliment of the main menu you've ordered. Besides their delicious food, the juices are also nice. I will come back again.

Many people stop by when go to Siantar or on their way back to Medan. This restaurant is famous for their fried bird. We tried the fried ruak ruak. I think the taste similar to fried chicken :D I love their sweet soy sambal sauce. It cost idr 90.000 for 5 ruakruaks. Their service was really fast.
