Around 90-91, I went camping at Tanjung Unta with my high school friends. The place was really beautiful back then. Sadly, it's not managed very well now. Hopefully it can improve and benefit the local residents.

Beautiful views from the village around Tanjung Unta, it's quite a long way to the bathing area, down some steps, but the beautiful, comfortable and quite memorable atmosphere makes up for it...

Tanjung unta, as its name suggests, tanjung means land that juts out into the sea. And unta means a camel. This place is named tanjung untuk because there is land in this area that looks like a resting camel. This tourist attraction offers beautiful views. At this location you can also camp and even fish.
