The food was average and the portions were quite small for the price, though the nasi goreng was actually quite good. Service was standard and the temperature was comfortable. However, even during peak times, the wait time was a bit long at 20 to 25 minutes.

Simple Chinese restaurant at Parapat, North Sumatera. For our group we chose the set menu at IDR80K per pax. We enjoyed the sweet and sour fish, fried chicken, seaweed soup, tofu dish, and veggie dishes. Very reasonable price. Fast service.

This retro Chinese restaurant gives the 80's vibe is a good place to have a decent Chinese meal although some say it doesn't taste like Cantonese meal as per restaurant name. The food is good and tasty. The dish is served fast. The big spoon made out of a small spoon is considered the main attraction.

Friendly staffs and the boss can communicate in mandarin and hokian. Foods are delicious at reasonable price.

Im surprised by the good reviews at this so called Hong Kong restaurant. The cooking does not resemble Cantonese cuisine and the Chinese and English on the menu don’t match what is presented on the plate. The unfriendly boss lady and slow service are another reason to stay away.
