Echoing all the other reviews here - nothing fancy, but an extremely hearty, authentic meal - excellent home cooked food with wonderful music and the ever-friendly Rosalie. We were the only ones here and it felt like a fine dining experience. The pork rendang and fish curry were especially delicious.
View on GoogleDon't let the exterior fool you. There's a reason why Roasalie has 4.9 stars. She's like a private chef, cooking her extensive menu alone. When we were here, we were the only customers and it felt like a private dinning experience. You can take the love in her dishes. Aubergine in sambal is the bomb! Beef rendang so tender. The sambal dishes are flavourful and not too spicy. So sad we only discovered this place on our last dinner before leaving the island. Would have loved to come again. Now let the pictures so the talking. Ordered this between 2 pax.
View on GoogleDelicious dinner at Rosalie's on our first night in the area! Wonderfully warm welcome and invited into the seating area which is up a small flight of stairs. Not many tables, but we had no issue on the day of our visit. Great array of options available, and I went for a spicy aubergine dish, which was excellent. My partner got a tofu dish which was equally fantastic! Great portions, great service throughout and great value. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThe food was ok, not bad but not amazing. The worst was the portion, I ordered the chicken rendang a and they gave me 3 tiny pieces of chicken and that was it. Not worth 50k for this meal.
View on GoogleThe place feels nice once you’re inside. The owner and her children are friendly and always smiling. The food and drinks were good, although we all found them a bit too salty. We mentioned this to the owner as a suggestion: to let customers add their own salt on thei dish and french fries. Apart from that, everything was great!
