Review from Malaysia 🇲🇾 This place may be unassuming, but don’t let that fool you. The food here is simply fantastic. One in our group doesn’t usually take Indonesian/Malay cuisine but had given positive feedback for this meal. Me myself particularly love the tempeh/tahu goreng!

I give this restaurant the highest score comparing to the other restaurants I tried in this island. They serve you the biggest portion of proteins. And all dishes are cooked well. There is no significant error I have found from this restaurant. Also the boss is very friendly. Their opening hours are very long as well.

We (4 pax) ordered 3 nasi goreng, sambal udang and ikan sweet sour. Overall taste is okay, nothing extraordinary. Total price was Rp292,000 incd drinks. Ambience is calm, simple and clean.

It good place to having dinner, lunch or breakfast with the friendly owner. All food here is Halal. Sample local Indonesian food will be serve here. Also with the black coffee is amazing taste.. only you can find it here. Recommended for Muslim traveller whom want to visit Samosir island and stay around tuk tuk area.
