Vihara Avalokitesvara is a peaceful Buddhist temple, perfect for anyone looking to pray or find a moment of tranquility. The complex is quite spacious and even has a school within its grounds. The highlight is the giant Avalokitesvara statue, which is impressive to see even from a distance. Unfortunately, access to the statue has been closed since COVID, so you can only view it from afar. It’s an open area with lots of sunlight, so be prepared if you’re visiting during the day

The place was closed due to reconstruction, I got some photos from outside, I would not mind goming back when they open it up again

The Buddhist temple in the city of Pematang Siantar. It has the big statue of Kwan Yin. Besides the temple for Buddhist to pray, there are also rooms to place the cremated ashes. The open air ground is also huge here. It is also known as the place to visit when people visits Pematang Siantar.

A massive Kwan Im statue said to be the highest statue in whole Southeast Asia (22,8m)! It's an amazing landmark and a good place to take photos. There is no entrance fee, but sometimes there are people that will ask for it. It cost only Rp10.000 (they said it's parking fee) The place will close around 6 p.m Definitely recommended to come here!

The place in Pematang Siantar to pray for Buddhism. Have a statue of Kwan Im Goddess. I think the highest I've ever seen. Large field of parking space, it also can be a spot photo. It is side be side with Mansjuri Buddhist School. Beside the school is the temple to pray. Recommended for tourist.
