I feel a bit sorry for the lady on the 1st floor. It seems only 2 people are working. 1 on the upper floor. 1 on the lower floor (but often goes upstairs). The lady has to handle orders. Handle online orders. Handle the lower kitchen. Pick up items upstairs. Deliver orders to the table. Clean tables after customers. My order took about 20 minutes. And I understand it. Why doesn't the owner add employees. Even though I sat here from 11.30 to 12.30, there were so many online orders, especially Shopee, maybe around 10 orders or more. And there were one or two online orders that once ordered had 5/6 boxes or even 10 boxes. Maybe this is one of the reasons why the staff here seem a bit indifferent (I read the reviews). Actually, the sister is kind, but sometimes many Gojek/Grab drivers are impatient and call her repeatedly. Suggestion for the owner. Decide, if you are opening a HokBen Go/take-away only, no need to provide tables and just make it one floor for operations. So if there are few employees, they can still handle it, at least employees don't have to go up and down stairs to prepare orders. AND if you want to keep the system like this, at least ADD EMPLOYEES. That's all, thank you.
