I choose char kweetiaw. As they named, it cooked using charcoal stove that make it smokey and fragrant. It comes with generous portion and topping. The kweetiaw appearance is lean and almost no exessive oil. The charcoal stove make it special with smokey aroma.

My best pick is Bee hoon kuah, the thick broth soup rich in seafood flavor, before you eat it, add a little touch of their special red chilli sauce, green chilli sambal, soy sauce and onion chilli pickle as a finishing touch, it will kick the seafood broth soup taste even more !!
