Mee Pangsit noodles 🫲 Good noodle texture. Sweetish pork that is too lean and dry. They just add lots of fried shallots to bring out fragrance. Soup was tasteless. Wantons nothing great. Adding the vinegar from the red cut chili helps to balance the taste off but very forgettable overall. Kway teow pangsit 👎 Same as above but kway teow was lumpy and over cooked.

My friend told me that this restaurant is the legend of mie in Medan. The flavor was good. I like the texter of fresh mie like this.

This is hands down the best noodle I had in Medan so far. You need to eat in the restaurant so that you get all the flavours. Don't do take away. The noodle always cooked in perfection. The toppings were delicious and the best things is the free flowing chillies that you can only get when you dine it. Add that to the noodle and it open up a whole new flavours combination. Portion was always a plenty. I always visited each time I go to Medan.

I had the Indonesian Chinese roast pork with noodles Jumbo (big size) option. You can have chicken and pangsit (pork dumpling) add ons. If you like pork dumplings go for the pork dumplings soup too!

Mie Pangsit Tiong Sim has been famous for years and has been my favourite since I was a kid. They always mantain the good taste till today. Portion is good. Clean and comfortable dining place. The crew members provide warm and hospitable service. Payment can be made by cash. Parking is at road side
