One sentence for Sempati STAR ; You are The Best ! Everything good management, nice vehicles. And this was as the best and the craziest my journey with Sempati star. 3 days, 3 nights . From Jakarta to Medan Oh...my God ! 😣😣😣 My suggestion better buy ticket by application online ; easier, fix price (no increasing price when peak season

Nice coach terminal for Sempati Star busses, with all the required facilities for passengers boarding a bus to different destinations in Indonesia (north and south bound). Located on a busy street and within walking distance to a very large Manhattan mall. Be aware that it can be very busy at certain times esscially evening hours.

Waste time and money , Really you guy's call this vip ? 1 hours late come to terminal when move until now no idea No clean so bad smell inside 2 time experience so bad again again stop many places,

A great company with luxery buses to travel around Sumatra. They speak fluent English and are very helpful with any travel information. They left on time and we reached our destination an hour before our planned arrival schedule.

Ok. This is my firat experience, and very very bad experience. The seat is exceptional, they are so fluffy and big! ( if you choose 1-1 seat). But, even their buses is quite lux, but they are old. And there is no maintenance for the buses and interior. The bus breakdown in middle of the road when we go to Aceh and there is a leak from AC to the passenger seat. You could imagine you are soaking wet when you are arrived in destination for 12-18 hours trip. Enjoy
