bad manners

Just bought a tart, birthday cake last night here, the cake is delicious, the place is okay, but sorry, the service is lacking, the staff are less friendly, please pay attention so buyers will come back again, thank you.

The employees are not friendly, looking aloof and sullen. When I came to buy, the employee was busy chatting with her friend, after approaching me she didn't focus on serving, instead focused on her phone. After payment at the cashier, no receipt was given and didn't say "thank you". Is that how to serve a customer? Very unethical. Please re-evaluate the employee. If I'm not mistaken, the name of the employee who served me earlier was ANI.
