You must try this soto. The taste is unlike any other soto in Medan. It has a light santan fragrance. I asked to mix prawns, chicken and beef. The clam satay is also very unique.

Came solo around 9am on a weekday and didn’t have problems with getting a seat. I asked for the menu and the staff quickly shared that there’s chicken, beef and prawn option, or I can mix everything in the soup. So I got one of that; the soup is so rich and flavourful! Add some spices to make it even tastier! Wonderful experience and great service too 👍

Legendary shop that specializes in Malay style soto. So rich and flavorful, with different kinds of meat to pick. I opted a mix of beef, chicken, and lung, and boy I am not disappointed! Very reasonably priced too despite it's fame and prime location.

Delicious food at this famous local place. Tried the soto shrimp soup, which comes with rice. Coffee and tea were local and strong. In total cost 68k for 2 soup and 2 drinks. The omlette looked good too, but we didn't try it.

Very nice Soto but definately lose to RM Sinar Pagi which is the best Soto in Medan. Had the beef Soto at Kesawan. Soup is fragrant n thick not overwhelming. But beef is tough dry unchewable. Its still worth coming here for the different Soto fragrant soup. Just drink the soup leave the meat.
