More workers than visitors so service should be able to be faster, but I saw other waiters sitting gathered in the corner of the room chatting, eating, and even one sitting next to my table. What is the dining place service SOP? Are workers really allowed to sit around the visitor dining area and even beside it when visitors are eating? Honestly I am disturbed. My total meal was Rp 133,650 but at the time of payment why did it have to be rounded up to Rp 134,000. Did they even ask permission?? I paid Non-Cash (Qris) so the payment should adjust to my total spending, why does it have to be rounded up.. If that's the case, don't make a 10% VAT anymore. Just make an even price incl VAT in the menu pricelist. Example like this: Nasi Urap Ayam Penyet 32,000. Done. Don't make it 29,000 + 10% VAT to 31,900 When it's time to pay, it gets rounded up upwards as well...
