Fish bee hoon menu with a different look and taste that cannot be found anywhere else. Boiled bee hoon served with a very rich-tasting broth (ginger, onion, jicama, ginseng, and others).

They give such a generous portion. The broth tastes so comforting with a hint of ginger. It feels good to have it when you went through a restless day.

Awesome fish soup. So much better than most of the fish soup bee hoon in Singapore.

This shop serves fish soup bee hun (rice vermicelli) with evaporated milk similar to those in Singapore. Slices of fresh black snapper fillets are used by the owner, which are very similar to Nile Tilapia fish or Nila fish, but definitely deep sea water fishes taste better. A bowl of fish soup bee hun costs Rp33,000 (S$3.30) - a generous portion of rice vermicelli, fish slices, choy sum vegetable, spring onion and filled up with a thick fish based soup with evaporated milk. Before start to scoop the first spoon, please add in the deep fried julienne gingers.
