Stayed for a night only, but it was indeed a pleasant experience! I'd give 4 for the room, as it clean (really), bed sheet is fresh, hot water works well. It just needs more lights as there is no window/ direct sunlight. Service is good. The informations given are all clear and easy to understand. Would be perfect if the staff can communicate better English. Location is nice. Right in the city center, close to the market, hospitals, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, bank, etc.

Very unpleasing experience at this hotel. I was with my friend and was booked the room by our office. ||The location is quite strategic, near all facilities, e.g hospital, bank, food stalls, mini market. ||The room is quite big, but unfortunately the size of TV is too small. Since the room is big and the position from your bed to TV is quite far. You can't read the subtitle and have to increase the volume level of TV. Hot water was not stable, the electric kettle was so dirty. The staff were not helpful when we need their assistance for hot water operational, internet connection and other.||At that time, we were late about 10 minutes for breakfast. The comment from the owner was so bad to us. ||The price was so high if compare with other budget hotel. We paid 440,000/night. ||The breakfast menu was so bad also. ||It was so unpleasing moment at this hotel.

Hotel rate is good for local people and what make me surprise is service. They treat guests well and front desk is friendly. Another surprise is breakfast in buffet. This is really cheap for IDR 200.000/night.

When we came on new year's eve we were not offered a new part of the hotel room, we had to stay 1 night in the old hotel room, my friends did not mind and still felt comfortable with the room in which the room was a little old, if you want to stay here I recommend choosing a new hotel room
