I am very disappointed with the service that happened today, Saturday, March 28, 2026, exactly at 8:00 PM Western Indonesian Time, we arrived and immediately ordered 1 boiled noodle and 1 egg martabak... to go. Asked once, has it been made, sir? The answer was yes, okay, waited. After 15 minutes, asked for the 2nd time, the answer was the same, it's still being made. Until the 3rd time asking, it's still not finished and we patiently waited... the answer was it's still being made. Sat and waited patiently, but until 8:40 PM Western Indonesian Time the order never arrived. And orders from other customers were ALWAYS prioritized, especially those dining in. Back and forth we noticed the order being made was NOT boiled noodles. Even though how hard could it be????? Just pour the broth, put in the ingredients. Wrap it up, done. 8:45 PM still no sign of it being made, we decided to turn back. Said goodbye. Please, brother and sister, fix the service. We will never buy here again.. So disappointed
