Nice place to have a great view of the Lake Toba. The temperature is chill and many foods stall and restaurant around. Have a local restaurant just next to the great view. Recommend to visit if you are travelling to Medan.

Nice viewpoint. For waterfall and lake Toba. Just need standby for umbrella. Waterfall change color after heavy rain.

Lots of photo spots. Local gift amd souvenir shops around. Plenty of parking. Stunning scenery.

Absolutely stunning views! The Lake Toba View Point offers one of the best panoramic scenes in North Sumatra. Looking out over the massive lake with the mountains surrounding it is something you really have to see in person — photos don’t do it justice. It’s peaceful, fresh, and a perfect spot to just stand still and take it all in. Great place for sunrise or late afternoon when the light hits the water beautifully. Easy to access and well worth the stop if you’re exploring the Lake Toba area. Definitely one of those “wow” moments on the trip. 🌄
