Best place for your family leisure time. Kids will love spending time in their thermal pools. However, still many things to be improved in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, etc. Well done Rindu Alam, we would love to visit over and over again.

In general our experience was not good here.||The only good thing are the hot water pools with water from the volcano.||Rooms are dirty and very very basic. Not hot water and no shower. Had to "mandi" shower from a bucket. For the price we expected better.||The place was really noisy from early morning to late at night and hotel restaurant pretty much only had nasi goreng.||One room we rented could not even be locked properly since the door lock was not functioning. The hotel staff tried to fix it but did not succeed and no other room was said to be available.

Me and my partner really liked this resort, the scenery around the resort is very nice and natural. The resort is perfect for honeymooners who long for peace. If you will travel with large families dont forget bring enough food because the resort is quite far from Berastagi town.

We came in the night, was a lot of rain, we get nice welcome by the staff, many rooms, clean, the food was good ! they have 10 hot pools and one big swimming pool... thanks to all staff and special thanks to Joni Putra !! mauliate !!! horas !!

It's so relaxing and I enjoy the hot spring.. Feels like my body refreshed and it's cheap. Just Rp. 15.000. It was such a good deal.
