Having a last minute booking the reception was really fast. We were also given a voucher for snacks. The view was fantastic. Being facing the Bukit Barisan and having Mt. Sibayak as a background. Thought of having dinner at the Rooftop cafe. But only knew that the cafe only opened after 8pm. We ordered at 8pm, but only received our food at 9.15pm. Even my kids already cried because of hunger. Food was average. Not much of a choice. Even the choices in the menu were not really available. Please bring your own soap, shampoo and tissues since these were not provided.
View on GoogleVery nice looking place on the outside with nice service, but very VERY dirty on the inside. Price should be lowered for this place- I can understand if it was $50-100k per night- but we paid $230k on Travelokia and that price is outstanding. Our Standard Room had no shower. The walls are badly stained everywhere- the headboard on the bed, the curtains, the bathroom- nothing has been wiped clean for a long time. There was no TV like was advertised. There is only a water faucet in the bathroom to wash and urine smell throughout the room. There is a breezeway built in over the door with no fly screen, so we were bitten by mosquitoes coming into the room all night. There are blood stains everywhere from people smashing mosquitoes on the walls and bed- every wall has streaks and stains. Needs some serious cleaning. Noisy activity all night at the hotel- people pounding up the stairs and overhead at 3am, shouting to one another, driving motorbikes in and out. We aren’t sure how it costs $230k per night to stay here. This is what we get for booking through Travelokia and not directly with the hotel I guess. Our room has clearly been neglected for a long time- like it hasn’t been cleaned at all in months, not sure how that has happened. I don’t know what’s going on here, but it’s one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t think this place should be listed on booking sites until it is cleaned because we really overpaid for what we received.
View on GoogleI booked and paid here through Traveloka because the photos and reviews looked good. When I arrived I was sent down the road to Kamuna Garden #2, even though I booked the room with Kamuna Garden. There are openings above the door with no screen that can’t be closed where mosquitos fly in freely and will fill your room at night. Because the room is filled with mosquitos, and appears to never be cleaned, there are blood stains all over the walls and the headboard of the bed from people killing the mosquitos. There were at least 20 different stains of blood across the walls; you can see people’s fingerprints in the blood stains. For photos please refer to the review of Kamuna Garden number 2. There were also cockroaches in the room and a slug in the bathroom, which did not have a shower. Also it didn’t have a TV like as was listed. Maybe if you book here in person it will be fine, but do not book here through Traveloka because you will be sent somewhere much worse, to a room far different than the photos!
View on GoogleNear to famous pariban hotspring . Great hospitality and friendly staff . Chef cooking good Food with heart . Wakeup to mountain view 👍🏽 . Only downside is water heater . Manage to get it work once during my 4 day stay 🤣 .
View on GoogleThere are 2 king sized beds in the family room for only IDR.400k. The room and the bathroom are clean. They also have barbeque spot (free) and convenience store, too. And you can only walk for 2 minutes to the closest thermal hot spring. *(the room starts from IDR.100k)
