Not a huge fan of hot water but I enjoyed it. It's clean amd the view is nice

The only place we know got private pool, unfortunately their maintenance and cleaning was below standard.

Second visit since 2012 😁 there are some improvements compared to before, but there are still some shortcomings that need fixing 1. Lots of pool choices, you can pick from the hottest to the warm ones, but warm here is still pretty hot 😁 2. There's a river stream that's been made artistic, can be used as a photo background 3. There's a stall selling food and drinks, so no need to worry about running out of snacks 😀 4. The view is great and gorgeous, you can directly see Mount Sibayak. Feels like you're right beneath it 5. The downside is the bathrooms and changing rooms need fixing. For the rinsing rooms it'd be better to copy the swimming pool concept. Provide more than 1 overhead shower so you can rinse freely, compared to now using a water tub. Then the changing rooms need partitions for privacy 6. Cleanliness needs to be maintained and improved Overall quite satisfied with the public baths, it'd be even better if there were improvements like we mentioned 🤝

Perfect for those of you who want to soak because there are many pool choices with different temperatures. There are pools for kids and adults with varying depths. The view is also stunning and a treat for the eyes, especially at night. There's also a slide like at a water park for the kids. C'mon, for those in Tanah Karo don't forget to visit Hot Spring Alam Sibayak. Greetings, travelers.

VIP 100.000 is too pricey with a view of surrounding walls, the clean water tap wasn't working, told the staff to turn it on but they ignored it
