This restaurant is small, but because its location is on the side of the main road and near the Deli Serdang Regency Regent's Pavilion and other Deli Serdang Regency government offices, it is not surprising that this restaurant is already famous among civil servants and it is not uncommon for high-ranking officials of the department to also eat here. The main menu is, of course, according to its name, Holat, which is shavings of the Holat tree (?) that become the seasoning in the curry/soup broth. Other menus are dry chicken kalio (this one is truly and clearly delicious), as well as beef soup. Price? It is appropriate with the menu and taste.
