Unbelievably spectacular 250m high waterfall. It's worth the journey to get here. The drive is also beautiful. It is now being used to generate hydroelectric power. As a result the waterfall has lost a little of it's 'natural' feeling, as you have to drive past a huge power plant to get there. The road from the main road to the waterfall is also terrible even though they're collecting 10k rupiah from every vehicle that passes. Why not use that money to make the road safer and more convenient?
View on GooglePonot waterfall is the highest waterfall in Indonesia It was really beautiful and worth it to visit and relax with your friends and family A lot of food vendors have affordable prices and have prayer room /musholah for our brother and sister Muslim . But please keep it clean and litter your trash into the recycling bin Taking care of our place is important ,
View on Google5 star is for the view, such a breathtaking scenery. Road access is quite good with winding roads, cliffs and valleys but it will be worth it. Unfortunately tourists still do not aware to take part in preserving the nature, garbage everywhere although government have prepared the trash bin.
View on GoogleNice waterfall panorama, but need more local attention for plasic trash. Information or street sign not clear, we're surrounding the wrong place, where's no internet connection alias no GPS. But at last we found the place, parking fee Rp 10.000. But the panorama was stunning so... it was fine to me.
View on GoogleSpectacular waterfall! You can walk to the water curtain of the waterfall and feel its natural power. The trail is in a fair condition. This place seems to be rather a spot where local groups come than foreign tourists. You can buy drinks and snacks here, and you will find a restroom (local style). It is recommended to bring spare clothes as the spray of the waterfall is all around.
