First time trying Pempek Candy and it was a great experience! The pempek was tasty, fresh, and had a nice texture. The cuko was flavorful and complemented everything well. Definitely a good place to enjoy authentic Palembang pempek.

Went to Pempek Candy not too far from the airport for a quick lunch. I tried the Model and a la carte pempek. The flavor of the pempek was good, of course, but I especially love the taste of the cuko which was strong and flavorful, and the light clear soup of the Model which was really fresh and yummy. 10/10.

Pempek is a traditional dish from Palembang. I came to try Pempek Candy because it has a good rating and nearby to where we stayed. The restaurant that we visited was quite big and nice to dine in. The pempek was also good, and the sauce which was made from vinegar, soy sauce, and others, just have the right taste between sweet and sour.

Lots of options for pempek. First time tried the pempek bakar and it had chewy texture on it which was new for me. Sempol ikan was really nice and I like it. Tekwan was good too. I loved the es kacang merah, the sweetness were just right and it was so fresh! Overall it was a good experience

Love this place (Resto, Cafe and Souvenir Shop) Many variants of PEMPEK you might find here (incld Pempek lenggang panggang which was rare to find in Palembang) Make sure to check the menu book and you could order whatever you wanted (chicken, beef or veggie, beside the Pempek or Mie Celor) the service was great, staffs were so friendly. Toilets were clean. You might find a coffee shop (TOKO KOPI ALI) inside this Pempek Cafe.
