Really wanted to eat this tofu because I saw Ria SW's vlog... the tofu is good .... Especially variants filled with chili like this are still rare.. nowadays most people sell bakso tofu..heheh.. When I first bought it.. the crispiness was even, didn't clump on one side.. but the second time I bought it.. the crispiness clumped .... if for example the crispiness is like regular fried flour crispy it's good.. that's what is sought.. but if the crispiness is from liquid batter poured like making kremesan, that's less satisfying.. because if it clumps it becomes hard.. this is just my opinion, you know.. Outside of the clumping crispiness on the 2nd purchase... The taste of the chili inside the tofu is good... The green chili filling is good 😁.. but I prefer the rica terasi flavor.
