Dear Sushi Tei Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your Sushi Tei Kambang Iwak Palembang outlet. During my visit, I found that the level of service provided was below the standard I would expect from a brand like Sushi Tei. In particular, I noticed a clear difference in hospitality between staff members. The male waiters were attentive and maintained a professional standard of service. However, the female waiters did not demonstrate the same level of hospitality. There was a lack of friendliness, no welcoming smiles, and minimal engagement with guests. One specific incident that stood out was when my final order arrived significantly late. When it was eventually delivered, the waitress did not make eye contact or acknowledge me properly. Due to the delay, I decided to request the order as takeaway. Unfortunately, even in this situation, no initiative was shown—such as offering a proper takeaway bag (goodie bag), which I believe should be standard, especially considering that I was still paying for the order. Additionally, I had difficulty getting the attention of one of the female waiters, as it seemed she had trouble hearing when I called for assistance. I was seated at table number 1 during this visit (March 1,2026) As a loyal customer, I believe Sushi Tei should maintain consistent service quality across all staff members. I kindly suggest that the store manager pay closer attention to staff training and overall service standards to ensure a better customer experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service in the future. Thank you for your attention.
View on GoogleGreat food, excellent service, and a comfortable ambience. Everything was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back again.
View on GoogleI stopped coming here several years ago because I didn't fancy the taste anymore. But yesterday I had lunch here with my best friends and viola! They've tasted better! With new menus and much more varieties. But the service is not as excellent as before. I guess I'll become a regular here once more.

View on GoogleThe food quality at Sushi Tei is consistently good and the sushi tastes great as always. However, our experience during the AYCE (All You Can Eat) promotion was disappointing. It seemed that the restaurant was not fully prepared to handle the AYCE program. Although the AYCE started at 10:30 AM, our order was only taken around 10:45 AM. The waiting time for the food was extremely long, and even after a long wait, the food arrived very late. We were asked to reorder, and the information from different waiters was inconsistent, which caused confusion. Some dishes that arrived were also not what we ordered. Because of the limited remaining time and the long waiting period, we decided to leave before the AYCE ended, as it no longer felt worthwhile to place another order. In terms of taste, there were no issues at all. Hopefully, Sushi Tei can improve its management, service flow, and staff coordination if they plan to continue offering AYCE promotions.
