The drinks are good, I like them, but not the employees. How can they not know how to serve customers? Do they have to give customers a cynical look? I'm paying. Not asking for freebies. Please fix your manners if you don't want to lose customers. Especially the female employee, why are women giving each other cynical looks, I can give you a cynical look right back.
View on Googlethe drinks are good, but the service is unfriendly, when I wanted to buy something and handed over the money, she grabbed it so roughly, plus she gave a very cynical look, handing over the drink and money so roughly that the money made a sound when placed down, and the money almost flew away, she's pretty but so rough with no manners haha
View on Googleimo, all the employees are just ordinary, last night was my first time buying there because it was always crowded so it kept getting delayed, nobody was petty, cynical, or whispering, instead they were as friendly as employees should be, I even stepped back because there was a clown and looked over at the staff member, she smiled, the person serving was also friendly, said thank you, but I don't know maybe that day there were a lot of buyers so they were tired, and found it hard to smile
View on Googleonce bought there and the service was very unfriendly!! how can you give someone a cynical look when they want to buy? her mouth is also rude, I don't like the employee, if the employee isn't replaced I'm sure this nescafe will be empty even though the drinks are good, I'm not the only one who felt the service was lacking and unfriendly but several people also share the same opinion!! important message for the owner
View on GoogleThe ice is good, bought it twice, the downside is the female employee likes to gossip when people want to order, rude to paying customers, talking about people who order without getting off their motorcycles, we don't know if they might be in a hurry so they order from the motorcycle or are about to get down, how could the Nescafe employee reply like this “are we not your servants”? Is an employee like that appropriate, I'm an employee myself but that's not appropriate to say let alone in front of other buyers...
