View on GoogleThe barista named DINA is just awful. She's served me 2 times now, never smiles at all, grumpy, unfriendly and apathetic. When I read the reviews for this point coffee jawa kiri, turns out lots of people also complain that the barista is unfriendly lol (not sure if it's the same barista or a different one). The baristas at other point coffee places are perfectly nice. Hufff, if there's no evaluation, that raises questions 🤪
View on GoogleI wanted to redeem stamps for a tumbler discount, but they said it was for the old variant and couldn't be redeemed for the new variant, while the old tumbler variant wasn't available. I asked if they could check whether it could be used for the new variant. I meant just check, not deduct or use the stamps. But they deducted the stamps without even saying anything, if I hadn't checked myself I wouldn't have known. They told me to check at another Point Coffee. When I asked which tumbler in the displayed brochure could be redeemed, they just told me to read it and check which variant myself. As the barista selling them, they should know the products they sell and explain them. Even then they spoke in a grumpy, unfriendly way, making it feel like they were politely kicking me out and trying to dodge responsibility. After that I tried Point Coffe Garuda. They didn't have the item either, but at least the barista was really friendly and immediately took the initiative to help check tumbler stock at other branches by phone. They said the nearest branches in Lubuklinggau and Musi Rawas didn't have it either. I complained to head office to get it resolved. Eventually the barista contacted me on WA, supposedly apologizing, but it was an empty apology, aka a fauxpology and gaslighting. From the start, nobody asked for the stamps to be used, only for them to check. Honestly, losing 20 stamps wouldn't be that much of a problem if the service had been good after it turned out the stamps had been deducted, and they'd given a proper apology. The one who helped check other branches was actually the Point Coffee Garuda barista.
View on GoogleWanted to buy coffe and pay with shoppepay, so I gave my barcode. The barista lady said she'd scanned it and the payment failed, but when I checked there was no record of any failed payment at all, so she's lying to people
