This museum was built next to Mr. Habibie's childhood home, please correct me if I'm wrong, it displays replicas of aircraft he created and items he used during his lifetime, unfortunately there are no descriptions of the items on display, the staff on duty also seem not to understand the history behind why those items are displayed, nice place, air-conditioned. Anyway, the effort to remember him deserves appreciation.

The place is clean. The collection is decent. Each item has a barcode with an explanation you can read in 3 languages. Turns out this place is managed by the Pare-pare city government. I came in the late afternoon, almost closing time, so there were no visitors at all. But they still attended to me and showed me around. Thank you.

I came on Sunday but the museum was closed. There was no information board about opening and closing hours, visiting times, or other information visitors need. So I could only look from outside. Even from the outside it just looks like an ordinary building. According to the drink seller in front of this building, the 1-story building was Mr. Habibie's second home. His first home was sold and the proceeds were used to buy the house that is now this museum.
