View on GoogleTried the snapper head soup, it has a mild sweet and sour taste. They have a fried fish roe, lawar, sea grapes, etc.
View on GooglePallu Kaloa is a fish-based soup made from keluak (Pangium). Tastewise, it's savoury and sour, very refreshing to eat on a hot summer day. Must try when you're visiting Makassar, because it's seldom sold elsewhere. Also, don't forget to order their fried fish egg
