Another authentic chinese cuisine restaurant thats perhaps has been open for such a period of time. Selling pork wonton noodles (theres charsiu and fried pork belly). I like the restaurant set, the old table, fan that tells its own story. The wonton soup itself taste a bit blant (in my opinion) but again the taste is kinde personal one so probably theres someone else that like the taste. Even though its blant, when you mix the charsiu then the flavor change a to sweet like an ordinary wonton soup.

This local food is known as Pangsit Mie. Small restaurant is located at Jalan Lombok..small street. This is the Best pangsit mie for me. The noodles is cooked very well and topped with porkcasiu meat, crispy pork, fried wanton and steamed wanton soup.. so yummy and delicious. Restaurant is own by Charles and it's generated from his mother. His mother was a chef and now continue by Charles. The recipe and cooking is exactly same taste with his mother. Even the helper Martha is known since long time ago..she has been working there for 34 years. So loyal staff. This is a MUST try food when you visit Makassar.

Certainly off the beaten path. Just a step above hole-in-a-wall eatery. This place does not even have a name! Simply refer to its address, Jalan Lombok no. 53. Embodiment of virtue of simplicity. It serves Chinese noodles with pork and chicken and homemade steamed/fried dumplings. Savory, hearty, rustic fare with muscular umami, but surprisingly clean-tasting broth. Customers can order to go, but it won't taste the same. Better to enjoy on site. Cons: Parking is difficult.
