Bubur Aan Ping Lao, one of options for breakfast in Makassar. You must try this Aan Ping Lao Chicken Porridge. The recipe is legendary since 1949. One portion is so big that it is guaranteed that your stomach will feel full. The toppings are abundant, ranging from shredded chicken, boiled dumplings, fried dumplings, and pork chasiu which make this porridge even more festive. Apart from porridge, there are also delicious noodle dumplings here. So do you want to choose mixed porridge or noodle dumplings for breakfast? I like their porridge!

This restaurant is located in centre of city. They served porridge with pork and pangsit mie. The waiter is nice and quick to take order and served the food. Porridge is good but pangsit mie is average nothing special. One option for breakfast in Makassar ☺

Food is standard, old style, portion is big. Service is ok , atmosphere is very very old if you want to experience old chinatown coffee shop.
