Tried Ayam Goreng Sulawesi recently and it was a pretty great experience! The ayam goreng kampung honestly had the vibes and look of ayam bakar — not complaining though! It was tasty and satisfying. Solid 8/10 from me. The kangkung bawang putih? Oh man, it was so good — fresh, garlicky, and cooked just right. Definitely a 9/10! Now, the real star for me was the ikan bakar baronang. Seriously, it was delicious! The seasoning was absolutely spot-on — like, chef's kiss level good. I would've given it a full 10/10, but there was a tiny bit of bitterness, probably because the fish wasn’t cleaned perfectly. Not a big deal, but I had to knock it down just a bit. Still, 9/10 for sure because that flavor was next level!
