Really like this snack when going to Makassar. There is baked jalkot, baked risol and assorted filled pastry. Whether eaten immediately or taken as a souvenir, it tastes just as good. Indeed eating it while warm must be super delicious, but if it's cold it still tastes good down to the tongue and isn't soggy like usual jalkots. The price is also still super cheap. Endol surendol ta kendol kendol so yummyyyyy... 🤩
