​i bought about 10 buns from this shop, and I was shocked to find a bug—like a cockroach or something—crawling inside one of them. I already reached out, but I didn't get a clear answer on how this happened. ​They only offered to replace that one specific bread, which i dont think is fair. How do I know the other ones are actually safe to eat? To make it worse, they’re asking me to pick up the replacement at the store. Like hello? I ordered online in the first place because i dont have time to go there, so I asked them to just send it to my office. But then they even asked me to pay the delivery fee my self lol🤣. ​I’m really disappointed with how this is being handled. I’ve shoped here plenty of time before, but this whole experience has been pretty bad
