Treated by a client at Ayam Goreng Sulawesi, which they say is the best fried chicken spot in Makassar. We ordered quite a lot of dishes, including: free-range fried chicken, chicken soup, chicken liver and gizzard, chicken satay, and cucumber pickle. The fried chicken was delicious, well-seasoned, and tender. The chicken soup was refreshing, with vermicelli and egg as toppings. The liver and gizzard were savory—perfect for those who enjoy offal. Lastly, the chicken satay came with peanut sauce that was (unfortunately) too runny. Overall, pretty recommendable for chicken lovers. PS : I’m giving three stars for the service because it was slow.
