Quick service, Mr. ardi is very friendly when helping people at the Panakkukang subdistrict office

The panakkukang subdistrict head office is different now, clean, tidy, spacious parking. Handling documents is pretty good now, there's a queue machine, service is more orderly, the room is comfortable with AC, not as complicated as before, just submit your documents and wait to be called. It feels simpler, no more crowding, but for a replacement KTP with changed details you have to wait 6 months before the actual eKTP is issued. Maybe it would be even better if there were a photocopy place because there's none nearby. Another plus is that this office shares a yard with the KUA office.
