The meatballs are delicious, but not like beef meatballs. They're similar to aci, with meat in them. The chili sauce is spicy, and Makassarese food is typically served with lime, which makes every dish fresh.
View on GoogleTasty Pallubasa with a rich, savory broth. Adding the raw egg makes it even better. Portions are filling, prices are fair, and service is pretty quick even when it’s busy. Maybe not as good as some of the other places, but a good option if you need a quick meal in the middle of the night. Open nearly 24 hours, closed daily from 05:00 to 08:00.
View on GoogleThe authentic, original taste of Makassar-style Palubasa—an excellent alternative if you’re looking to discover something new, with flavors that truly highlight the local character.
View on GoogleTry the Pallubasa Campur, the portion is just right, using peanut crackers is better to eat, when I went there the water for washing my hands turned off, the place to eat is spacious, the cooking pot is outside
View on GoogleSpacy place, liked the pallubasa very much, fragrant spiced broth combined with fried coconut (serundeng). One of the supposedly two big player of pallubasa in makassar. Definitely a decent must-eat when visiting makassar. Ordered the cow cheek and the texture and taste was wonderful.
