The chicken is the worst I've ever tried. Black, hard, dry, and stinky. I bought it around past 5 earlier, when I got home and opened it, why was the chicken like that. I usually eat Lazzato chicken, but this is the most unpleasant one I've got, even inedible. It seems like yesterday's leftover chicken is still being sold

Just bought it and immediately gave 1 star. Hopefully only here that is like this and not the others. The chicken is hard and dry with no juiciness at all like it has been fried repeatedly. Very disappointing

I don't know if I'm just unlucky or what, the male staff speaks in a way that people can overhear, seriously! I just pointed at the menu and he immediately said it was sold out in a snapping tone with an expression like he didn't want to serve me or was looking down on me? I am a paying customer, goodness, even the chicken was right there and he said it was out while people were waiting for so long. Both the burger and chicken took forever, and the rice was already cold when served to people... no wonder it's empty with service like that. The rice actually doesn't taste good, it's like porridge and cold, the tea tastes almost spoiled

Before operating hours ended, the chicken was already sold out and the staff were afraid to cook more for fear the stock wouldn't sell, as a result customers switched to the competitor next door because they always have ready stock and sometimes open beyond operating hours. Additionally, geprek chicken for morning and evening production is usually empty while the competitor 'Hisana' is always ready for morning and evening.
