I am very disappointed with the security at this hospital, very impolite and completely lacking manners, talking however they please, when my child was admitted here, because I forgot to bring the guarding card I wasn't allowed to go up even though it's my own child, I already said it's my own child and I forgot to bring the guarding card but still wasn't allowed up, had to argue first before being allowed, what an asshole.. 2nd when my child had a check-up I was most annoyed, I wanted to go up to the 2nd floor children's polyclinic and the security said this lift is only specifically for the 7th floor, the 2nd floor cannot, hello sir I am not a stupid or countryside person.. that lift 1-7 can be used, not specifically for the 7th floor only, still not allowed the lift must use the stairs, then how about elderly people who want to go to the polyclinic do they have to use the stairs first? Basically to the hospital please if you look for security find the right ones, don't just pick anyone who lacks manners and politeness towards patient families or visitors.. assholes to all of them.. As for the service in the ER it is already quite good compared to before, and the service in the rooms is also good, the security are just like assholes. Seems like the security wants to go viral first before they fix themselves.
