it all depends on taste, I went there during fasting so the queue was really long. waiting for the staff's turn is lacking. busy alone because gokus to the customer who ordered.

KFC has been declining since pandemic. The chicken became smaller and smaller. The price rise up doesn't mean it will get better quality, sigh. The ambience/atmosphere in this store is also dull. Team MCD all the way for now. So sad tho, because I used to like KFC Chicken better, way crispier and delicious than now. It just sad.

One of the biggest KFC in town, and its very near to the Surabaya Town Square and supermarket. It has kids playground even their own coffee joint, wide outdoor seating, decent parking available area, and second floor area that wide enough for a huge of customers.. perfect for group meeting and gathering event, but it has a limited restroom that wont be enough for how big the building is

It's one of the biggest KFC outlets in Surabaya. The have a small playground for children as well. Everything about the on the spot dining is good. But you need to pay attention to the drive thru. I once came there around 8p.m, with a car in front of me. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to finish their order, and then it was my turn. I talked to the microphone(or whatever that is) with no one to reply to me. I waited for a while, then I spoke louder than before. But still, no one responded. So please, at least someone need to be there and not leaving.
