It is a good place to educate children about flora and fauna. Mainly regarding its preservation in nature. The place is indeed not too large for the size of a similar zoo, but it is already sufficient as an educational medium. Vegetation is quite abundant. Creating a shady and cool atmosphere. End of year holiday Dec 2025 our family and toddler came all the way from Sumatra trying to drop by one of the zoo tourist spots in Surabaya city Pass end of year holiday at that time was very crowded with visitors, the effect was ticket queue until overflowing. Because the parking lot was full it was diverted to the nearest terminal, and here the problem happened until turning around 3x because I brought my family with small children and luggage if I brought to parking lot it would be very crowded to the connecting corridor and strangely when I had the initiative to drop off the children with their mother first to queue for tickets and I would follow after getting a parking lot after dozens of minutes then hurriedly headed to Bonbin ehh.. here feel disappointed?!!! Arriving there in front of the counter made difficult even though I already had a photo of the ticket that had been bought just because the barcode of the ticket ordered by my wife must be shown physical proof Logically the management should be more selective and make it easier for time efficiency during crowded conditions like year end while the position of wife and children are already playing inside. Or is the ticket guard just less synchronized??? How IF your family is in a position like us.

The location is ordinary. No different from those outside. There are only tame farm animals that you have to buy food for if you want to touch them.
