The reception open at 7 a.m. but it is possible to make an appointment if you want to check-out before office time

I don’t know why most of the people say that the air conditioner was not cold, it was cold enough for the scorching hot Surabaya. I am impressed by the cleanliness, and by the fact that the staffs are all so kind. Even their customer service on whatsapp, all of them are so kind and always responding to a customer’s message so quickly. The room were so spacious, it was worth the money. Will definitely be my choice to stay when I visit Surabaya.

The parking service here is absolutely terrible. I’m a registered member who always pays on time, yet when I tried to extend my parking, I was suddenly informed that it was no longer possible due to a “new policy”. There was no prior notice, no warning, and the information was only given after I had already transferred Rp500,000. And this isn’t the first incident. My car was once badly damaged due to a reckless polishing job during a parking area renovation — there was no announcement or notice to move vehicles. The management claimed they “couldn’t find my data”, even though I was a registered member. What a joke. The car’s hood ended up scratched and dented, but the parking staff and HRD took no responsibility. They even accused me of causing the damage myself. I waited more than a week with no resolution. The HR representative was especially unprofessional — speaking carelessly, not knowing how to handle complaints, and even saying, “Anda parkir di sini, saya tidak memaksa.” Seriously? Is that ethical coming from someone in HR? We’re not parking illegally. We paid for the service. It’s disappointing to see a place this decent being managed with such an unprofessional system and attitude. Deeply dissatisfied.

I have stayed for 2 nights in here, the room was nice which is huge and I was have the best sightseeing directly from my room. I dont mind with the small lobby and any reasons that says negative about this hotel, but I found very worth with its price. I have to plan to stay more again in here when I visit Surabaya later.||The cantin inside the hotel which is connect to the indoor pool also nice by the way.

This hotel is good actually. But, there was several issue with the elevator last time|Interior of the building is kinda boring. ||They have 2 seperated pool which is on 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Big parking lot. Cheap parking fee. Good staff. Good cafetaria.|But I definitely will be back here :)
