I absolutely love this place and it has easily become my go-to spot in Pakuwon Mall. If you are looking for top-tier coffee, their cappuccino tastes better than the majority of high-end cafes in the mall. It is consistently smooth and perfectly balanced. Beyond the coffee, it is an incredible place to get things done. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the entire space is bright, airy, and very clean. Even the bathroom is always kept spotless, which is a huge plus for a mall location. To top it all off, the staff and team are incredibly nice and friendly. The Barista always give an effort to make beautiful art on my cappuccino, which I really appreciate it. I Highly recommended whether you are stopping by for a coffee break or setting up to work for a few hours.

Really enjoyed having brunch at Toby’s Estate ☕️🍳✨ The cafe had a modern and cozy atmosphere with lots of natural lighting and a clean aesthetic interior that made the space feel really comfortable 🤍 Even though it’s inside the mall, it still felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a slow brunch break after shopping around Pakuwon Mall. The coffee was really good too 😭 Smooth, rich, and well balanced with a strong flavor that was still easy to drink. You can definitely tell they care about the quality of their coffee. I also tried their brunch menu and honestly everything was delicious ✨ The food felt well prepared, flavorful, and really satisfying without feeling too heavy. Definitely one of those brunch spots where both the food and coffee are equally enjoyable. Overall, such a nice place to relax, have a proper brunch, and enjoy good coffee ☕️🤍 Definitely would come back again.

The food are amazing, all is good and tasty. The best meal we have had! 😍😍 How wonderful the staffs tonight, they are very nice, friendly and helpful 🥰🥰 Last but not least, the dish was bursting with flavor, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend to all of you guys! ❤️❤️

It's expensive but delicious. The service in the VIP room was also excellent. If there is a dish that does not match our request (for example, too spicy, sweet, etc.) then the cafe will replace it. From start to finish, I am satisfied here. Recommended.

What a lovely surprise! Last night in Surabaya and we just finished shopping in Pakuwon Mall. Legs needed a rest and chanced upon Toby’s Estate. Enjoyed the avocado coffee (unfortunately it kept me up till the wee hours of the morning). I ordered the sotong goreng/ calamari as a late night snack. Yums! If ever I return a definite return.
