It's a Japanese based Restaurant with a Rotating Sushi Bar Offering Fresh Variety of Sushi Numbers Creation. Some are Filled, some are Wrapped, some are Raw and Fresh. They offer Salmon, Tuna, Freshly Boiled Crabsticks, Kani, and lots more to choose from. But if you don't want to eat from the bar, you could always order from the Menu being offered to find some delicious Ricebowl menus, Varieties of Sushi Platters, and so on. They also offer some desserts and drinks to accompany the menus. All in all, it's a good place to eat. 《VERY NEGATIVE》 They Need to ORGANIZE a Spesific Group of people to Actually Clean, and Mop the Sticky floors caused by some of the attendances who are sometimes careless and drop some soups etc on the floors which make the entire dark floor looks messy, sticky, in the midst of the Chaos; Before welcoming new guests in waiting.

Every time I crave sushi, my daughter and I make it a point to visit this place. They consistently deliver exceptional dishes, and they’re always experimenting with new seasonal items. However, it’s advisable to visit on weekdays to avoid long wait times and slow service.

Everything here is up to the usual Sushi Tei standard, with the same menu and consistent quality you get in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, or Jakarta. If I had to choose between the branches in Surabaya, though, I would still go to Tunjungan, mainly for the views and the overall nicer decor and atmosphere.

My favourite place to go when I'm craving for sushi. They always use fresh ingredients. It's always packed during lunch and dinner sometimes there's even a queue. The staff always helpful and friendly. My favourite dish is the 'baked salmon cheese' and the salad with the sesame dressing.
