I visited Tunjungan Plaza in Surabaya and it was truly amazing! The mall is huge, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Everything is very well organized, clean, and perfectly managed. The cleanliness, signage, and overall maintenance make the shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best malls I in Indonesia.

luckily the parking wasn't as crowded. but I arrived around 12.30 pm probably was not peak time. the inside though, was crowded. especially for praying and eating always crowded on weekends. for ladies better prepare to bring your own praying equipment for convenience.

Very big mall, many big high end brands, and busy every day, never quiet in here

For visitors, Airbnb options are conveniently located right above each TP, making it easy to stay close by. Plus, the traffic in this area is still quite bearable, so getting around isn’t a hassle.
