The pioneer of pork Toree noodles which has become a top-of-mind non-halal culinary spot in Surabaya. Every menu has a strong pork DNA with juicy and crispy pork tore cuts. We use imported pork from Denmark to maintain quality.

The portion of the noodles is massive, if you really hungry i think you can eat 1 bowl no problem at all, but if you just want to try, i think its good enaugh to be split in half portion. The crispy pork meat (siu yuk) or Babi Tore or Babi Kriuk is legitly good. Crispy on outside, yet perfect bite for the meat.

If you’re craving Mie Ujung Pandang–style noodles, this spot delivers a satisfying bowl with plenty of toppings. I ordered the Pangsit Mie Toree Komplit, which comes loaded with chicken, charsiu, roast pork, and wontons. The noodles had a great springy texture and were nicely seasoned, making them flavorful even before adding anything extra. Each of the toppings complemented the noodles well—the meats were savory and the wonton added a soft bite that paired nicely with the dish. I also added some chili sauce for a bit of heat, which brought everything together and gave the bowl a nice kick. The crispy wonton on top was a great finishing touch, adding a crunchy texture that contrasted well with the noodles and toppings. Overall, a well-balanced bowl with generous toppings and good flavor. I would definitely return to try it again.

Best pork noodle in town! Nothing beats crispy pork as a topping of your noodle, also add your broth to your noodle to make it even more perfect.

The go-to restaurant for toree or crispy pork without going all the way to Western Surabaya. Tasted most of the menu but the toree is always the highlight of them all. The noodle tasted great, have a big portion, with rice options that are great too if you want variety. The downside is definitely the beverage. None of the beverage options is recommended and don't do their job well to end the meal properly. The dessert options are the same thing - not sweet enough and a bit too pricy. Hopefully there's a new policy to improve this.

These noodles are among the best in Surabaya, particularly in West Surabaya. There are plenty of tables in this bright, roomy area. A tiny lot for parking. Excellent service, kind, and full of smiles. Rice and noodles are the meal items. The original Toree noodles are incredibly tasty, with a polish dough, a fantastic filling of chasio, and an abundance of "pork toree"! With a crunchy skin and a melted meat texture, the "toree" is incredibly tasty! By the way, the kids adore chasio, which is more of a meatless variety of chasio. Strongly advised!
